Process for Conversion
- The school contacts The Eveleigh LINK Academy Trust
- A meeting is held between Trustees/Directors of The Eveleigh LINK Academy Trust and the school's governing body
- The Eveleigh LINK Academy Trust assess the school's academic data, quality of teaching, finances and leadership team
- The Eveleigh LINK Academy Trust report back to the school's governing body on its findings
- The school passes a resolution to become an academy within The Eveleigh LINK Academy Trust
- The DfE release £25K to the trust to support the school during the academy conversion. This pays for the finance and pupil systems to be updated, solicitor's fees and any other unknown costs
- The trust works with senior leaders, governors and office staff to ensure a smooth conversion process
- The school converts to academy status
