Our Members meet twice a year to discuss progress towards the trust's four key aims. They also hold the trustees to account by monitoring minutes of meetings and asking pertinent questions relating to the trust's finances and educational standards.

Our Trustees meet five times year for board meetings, three times a year for the finance, audit and risk committee and twice a year for the pay committee. Trustees monitor the progress towards the trust's four key aims and make decisions based on sound evidence that will enable the trust to meet our aims. The trustees challenge the local governing bodies by monitoring governing body minutes, standards in the schools and school finances. Our standards committee, policy committee and Responsible Officer review committee feed into the full board meetings by exception.
